Hi everyone, It was quite a day yesterday. Titch showing off his flying skills, landings not so good
Didn't see much as was out for most of the morning. Afternoon had its moments, with fish deliveries, intruder alerts, and flying practice In all a typical osprey family day again.
What will tomorrow bring!!!! Titch is home alone, EJ , after a late night snack with junior, flew off about 11pm to roost. The other two are probably nearbye but Junior still prefers the safety of the nest.
Happy viewing night shift and we do value all your contributions as it keeps us informed of whats gone on or not as the case may be overnight. Hope I'm not being pompous about that.
Take care all. Night, night.

Titch just suddenly took off from the left hand edge of the nest - to the cheers of folk at the Centre! - then he returned, with not a bad landing!

I thought I heard cheering too, Linda! If #1 is hiding under the nest he'd better watch out ... Titch looks as if he's trying to knock a branch down on him!
Titch has just had a flyabout again after extensive wingercising. You could hear the relief of the centre on the mike.
and then he landed safely. He chirped as he came back in, so proud of himself..
That was a good little flight, wasn't it Joan? Love the way he has a little cheep to himself on landing - "Well done, myself!"
Hi -Lynette didn't mean to be rude, didnt know you were still here.
When I try and post a pic I get a little blank square with a cross on it ... but the pics are there when it appears on the thread.
