Hi everyone, It was quite a day yesterday. Titch showing off his flying skills, landings not so good
Didn't see much as was out for most of the morning. Afternoon had its moments, with fish deliveries, intruder alerts, and flying practice In all a typical osprey family day again.
What will tomorrow bring!!!! Titch is home alone, EJ , after a late night snack with junior, flew off about 11pm to roost. The other two are probably nearbye but Junior still prefers the safety of the nest.
Happy viewing night shift and we do value all your contributions as it keeps us informed of whats gone on or not as the case may be overnight. Hope I'm not being pompous about that.
Take care all. Night, night.

Think it was Titch finishing off fish, he exercised and cleaned his beak, clever chap, now he's gone over to the other leftover fish and is tackling that one.
Not sure which one is on the extreme left of nest, could be Middle one. He's just poked his head forth and its gone again. Playing peekaboo.

Lovely pic Lynette and well done to Titch for getting some at least.
Hi Margo, I really feel sorry for those birds. I am sure that they don't return for three years because of the weather. Nothing to do with them maturing :-) We were forecast an outside chance of a shower, from off the channel, but we did get more than that. Sun is shining now.
Will sy cheerio to all now as I won't be back until tomorrow. Sister is coming to see me tonight. Hope that blessed rain stops soon.
Oh, ha ha Brenda - wouldn't be at all surprised. Why come to a dismal LG when you can be surfing for fish in tropical Africa :)
Yes, Margobird - Bristol - and you are quite right - not that very far from Poole as the clouds float !!
EDIT another cloud burst !!!!
there's our answer Lynette :) Eldest just flew in so it was Middle juve on the left.
