Hi everyone, It was quite a day yesterday. Titch showing off his flying skills, landings not so good
Didn't see much as was out for most of the morning. Afternoon had its moments, with fish deliveries, intruder alerts, and flying practice In all a typical osprey family day again.
What will tomorrow bring!!!! Titch is home alone, EJ , after a late night snack with junior, flew off about 11pm to roost. The other two are probably nearbye but Junior still prefers the safety of the nest.
Happy viewing night shift and we do value all your contributions as it keeps us informed of whats gone on or not as the case may be overnight. Hope I'm not being pompous about that.
Take care all. Night, night.

Its amazing how often Odin and EJ come in with fish close together. I wonder if they go fishing together and do synchronised fishing.
Kids screaming ? What's gong on? Certainly got the Osprey's attention.
Ok so I missed Odin's visit but got my wish. Youngster is without a fish however. Oh well. Maybe Middle juve will be kind enough to leave it some.
How close is the centre? It's not only the Osps making a racket now !!
~1 and #3 eating and #2 sitting patiently waiting. looks like plenty for all. (Hopefully )
I think its Titch right in front of us with the other two behind tackling fish??

I assumed its Titch on the branch as its his usual position at present but of course I could be wrong.
Oh great ... I missed two fish deliveries while I was out :-(( Never mind I've just read all your posts so I know what happened .. I think!

Glad you saw #1 chick fledge at Rutland, Alan. Also earlier one of the other chicks certainly tried a helicopter move ready for takeoff, I posted on the Manton Bay site.
Still two of them tucking in and one waiting for any leftovers, but who is who with backs to us is anyones guess.
Now the one nearest the cam has now gone on a flyabout.
