Hi everyone, It was quite a day yesterday. Titch showing off his flying skills, landings not so good
Didn't see much as was out for most of the morning. Afternoon had its moments, with fish deliveries, intruder alerts, and flying practice In all a typical osprey family day again.
What will tomorrow bring!!!! Titch is home alone, EJ , after a late night snack with junior, flew off about 11pm to roost. The other two are probably nearbye but Junior still prefers the safety of the nest.
Happy viewing night shift and we do value all your contributions as it keeps us informed of whats gone on or not as the case may be overnight. Hope I'm not being pompous about that.
Take care all. Night, night.

Back again with little whistles after a decent landing. Now off again.
Margobird
And a text book landing. Youngster can FLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eldest still beneath the nest and Youngest showed off to let him know that alll his flights will now have a happy landing.. :)
Hi Margobird what a delight to see Youngest fly back and forth and round about and give us a text book landing,
Hooray! Missed that just now, but thought this morning that he was getting the hang of it better, now.
Hi Lindy, welcome back
I've had it on all day, Cirrus, but keep popping in and out to catch up on things.
Two birdies fly in while I'm typing.....
Suddenly lots of birds on the nest, and its EJ with a fish- chaotic!
Hard to tell, lots of shouting, guess that #1 has pinched the fish again & not giving it up!

Oh, I just knew from all the racket that a fish had been delivered. I’ve been down stairs sorting myself out something to eat before I go to work. And Eldest has the fish – is mocking his siblings with all the racket and warning Youngest off but I personally hope Youngest gets it. They can all feed themselves now. But ultimately I suppose the other two will have to wait on Eldest pleasure (if he doesn’t eat it ALL !! )
Meek and mild Middle juve potters despondently in the background but Youngest has her / his eye on the tail.
