Update also advises 4K has not yet set off and 30's satellite tag is no longer working.

  • In reply to Karen:

I posted on Manton Bay because it is a juvenile from 2017 Manton Bay , I also posted the news of Blue S1 there because again it is a Manton Bay Osprey

  • Thanks VALERIE Fantastic news Just wih we could get a little more detail such as who the pairs are and ring numbers of chicks Surely that wouldn't give away nest sites

  • Latest update

    Link >> Bon voyage 4K

Good to read 4K has set off and well on his way and that S1 is currently on the Bissagos Islands off the coast of Guinea-Bissau, West Africa.

  • Evening, All. Great that 4K(13) has set off and that S1(15) is already in West Africa. 4K is Blue 12(10)'s (Glesni's) nephew, a son of her brother Blue 11(10) and he (4K) is a first cousin once removed to the current Queen of the Dyfi, Blue 3J(13).

    Kind regards,

    Ann

4k(13)'s other well known aunt is Blue 24.  His mother is her sister 25(10).
