On BBC Breakfast this morning there's been a feature on Sacha Dench "the human swan", who's going to follow an osprey migration wearing her "paramotor" (?) all the way to west Africa. Tim Appleton also gave a short interview. There are, they say, going to be more features this morning - and it will be on iPlayer tomorrow.

Birdies LG DU update.
Morning All. Thanks for posts. Mike, The latest entry on Rutland's satellite tracking page is from November 2018. Then there were three tagged Rutland birds in Africa--adult female Yellow 30 (05), Blue male S1(15) and Blue male 4K(13) if I remember rightly. Did they not all return this year or has the tracker failed on one of them? Or.....?
Kind regards, Ann
Blue 2AM(17) has been sighted over Blithfield reservoir on 26 August.
From Rutland Facebook (also thanks to Valerie for posting link to tweet about 2AM on Manton Bay thread earlier)
