Hi everyone, been a bit hit and miss yesterday. Very windy conditions and the youngest almost made it but not quite. I think 4 fish were delivered in total. The wind has died down now and there are two peaceful looking ospreys on the nest Eldest one is probably roosting nearbye. Happy viewing to the night shift, see you all in the morning.

We worry when they don' get fed when we think they should and are glued to the screen waiting for the next fish. My friends think I'm completley crackers. But thats Ospryitis and not sure if there is a cure out there, and if there was would I want to be cured ?? Dont think so

Evening m lake all of us worry from the time they arrive until they go and then we worry about what is happening to them. Of course this year we will not know once they leave us. It is as you ospreyitis and there is no cure for it.
Welcome to the newbies on this chat and hope you enjoy being part of this wonderful community.

Thanks Alan for the clip - I'm another one who missed it!
Evening Brenda H and all I like to think Titch waited until I logged in again. I had only just got the cam up when he made the decision to fly. Only a short flight but although Titch arrived back with a bit of a clatter he made it.
HI Margo, I was very lucky to catch it. Great to see that everyone can now see it, because of Alan's excellent recording.
Did you hear the cheering in the background when Titch fledged?. Must have been magic to be there.

Thanks Alan I was lucky enough to see it live after watching for most of the day and having to log off for a while, Titch decided to wait for me and took off just as I got the cam and running.
Really sorry for those who missed it. Titch had been toying with us all day before he finally went and did it. Shame though it sound like it is raining.
THANKS Alan!!! for the clip of Titch fledging. I missed it too!!
Does anyone have a clip of his crash landing back on the nest ??
