Can anyone tell me why when trying to 'paste' a link on here now you are instructed, by the site,to use control/V. What the hell is wrong with using 'paste'??!!
I thought computers were supposed to do what we wanted,,,not the other way round!!

I think it is not unique to this site, when I was "learning" computers the fashion was to move away from the keyboard in favour of the mouse, now I think things are moving back to the fashion being to use keyboard shortcuts (maybe thanks to phone & tablet use, I don't know). I never know which is the easiest/most efficient, maybe someone with technical knowledge can advise.
