"Major events" from yesterday (which, you will quickly see, do not include a fish!).
Just after daycam GJ flew in, he stood looking around for a few moments and flew off. That was the last we saw of him, even when the intrusion occurred:

EJ got drenched:
EJ dried out and went for a dip (what makes you think we have 3 different dads here? - only joking):
EJ suffered intrusions but no touchdowns apart from on the campost:
Probably EJ's day could have been worse, but not much.

Morning Mike
EJ is very sleepy this morning.
Oh she is up and calling again, I think she is going hoarse.
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
Sun is out and blue sky now.
Good Morning MARY and MIKE
Poor EJ gave one desperate sounding call and preen her back when a white feather came out
Morning Patily
The feather is still lying on her back.
Have just read back quickly and Mary has expressed what I was saying to EJ "Just give up sweetheart and look after yourself" I dread the idea of any chicks hatching
EJ is very tired, as she has every right to be When was the last time she had a break?
I'm sure Moffer or MC can tell you Patily but from my recollection, apart from quick comfort breaks, not for many days.
Birdies LG DU update.
Patily
I think her last break was for 35 minutes when she got the last fish on Saturday night, but as Mike says Moffer or MC will know for sure.
She has turned around, rolled the eggs, and that feather is balancing precariously on her back.
And even after moving... Feather still there.
