"Major events" from yesterday (which, you will quickly see, do not include a fish!).
Just after daycam GJ flew in, he stood looking around for a few moments and flew off. That was the last we saw of him, even when the intrusion occurred:

EJ got drenched:
EJ dried out and went for a dip (what makes you think we have 3 different dads here? - only joking):
EJ suffered intrusions but no touchdowns apart from on the campost:
Probably EJ's day could have been worse, but not much.

EJ is up, had a slow flap and minor poop (we'd expect nothing more than minor, in view of the circumstances)...
She looked over her shoulder to you-know-where - is he there?
She made her way back to her eggs.
In reply to scylla:
Thank you dear scylla for the start. Great caps. Gosh, I'm just looking in and it's the same ole story. Good question about the hatching dates. May 23rd we start watching, eh? Story has much yet to unfold... hope it ends well. I see BNN is going through some life complications at the moments as well, but lovely to see her and know she is keeping things going. May all of our complications end well...

In reply to CC:
Hiya, CC :)
I didn't realise it was so late! I mean, early!
The little birds have started up and we have some light as well as... the moon?
I sudden burst from one of our regular little birds but I can't say if it's a chaffinch or a warbler...
EJ has just started calling!
EJ stopped calling a while ago.
Cuckoo is just starting up.
Looking out thataway:
Two of those screw-like flyers, can't get them both to display themselves at the same time:
A few cheeps... turning into chirps/calls. Not loud. Having just typed that, she's got louder.
5-minute break coming up here.
Lots of light, EJ still looking male-ward:
I wonder what sort of day this is signalling, weatherwise?
EJ is still calling, varied vocals.
Another mild burst of calling from EJ - so he's not gone fishing then?
