Yesterday's Daily Update saw some some gripping action, including the return of sound, a couple of fish deliveries and much much more. Here's to today being a great day for EJ the Phenomenal and her mate. Here's to that young Osprey continuing to improve. I personally believe in him and think that he will get better and better. I suppose it’s hard for a young male Osprey not to be a bit starstruck by EJ.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
SheilaFE. I didn't mean to lmply any criticism, I was simply trying to explain how things work in the forward hide, It's difficult trying to explain something when most people have never seen inside the forward hide, if I get the time I'll try to upload some photos I took of the monitors, the camera controls, the big binoculars, the bunks etc.

That's very kind of you, Les, particularly for those who have not been there - we met in 2010, and subsequently. If you do have time perhaps you could put. your photos on the the Osprey Chat Thread for April 2018 or May!
EJ has her head under her wing. All is quiet.

Thanks all for updates. Trust the male brought EJ a fish today. Haven't looked back so don't know if he did.

I have just found some of my photos in " Loch Garten archive photos from the olde days" if anybody can put a link to it.
EJ looks like she's having a good rest. Thankfully it doesn't look too windy tonight (perhaps that should've been sound too windy but never mind) Hopefully a calmer day tomorrow will mean the male can find it easier fishing. Perhaps he may start bringing bigger bits fish for EJ.
Let's hope so, Heron...

I'm on my tablet and can't do it just now. But if no one had done it by tomorrow, I will do it then.
Is this what you were looking for Les?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
She had a poop, which I mentally noted was out of sync and then realised that the sound must be back! She went back to sleep.
Do we think one egg may be damaged? Not sure what shows up under IR, maybe it could be a speck of 'dirt'.
But later a disturbance, some small strange noises, I don't think it was the PM. She wasn't up for long:
This is as big as the flap got - not even a flap but a raising of wings:
