HAPPY NEW WEEK!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
Next Friday is Friday the 13th! LOL
I don't have a picture for this week, but some might be interested in this very short video. Just the other day, a 5.3 earthquake occurred in Southern California near Annette. The quake startled the daylights out of a bald eagle who was on a high nest with three chicks. No birds were harmed!
Hope you're okay, Annette!

Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
In fact, Annette, he's just landed!
More like a summer afternoon - great to get some Vit D via my skin in the garden!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Rain came during dinner.
Warm day here, Ole scarified lawns and did several other garden jobs. We went shopping for food, tomorrow some friends are coming for evening meal. We are having fried belly pork slices (danish speciality, cooked until crispy and served with parsley sauce) Not for folk with weak teeth!! You eat with fingers, dipping the pork in the sauce. Usually served with boiled small potatoes.

Rain? What's that? Please explain.
Hi all, had a few miserable damp days with the sun trying to poke through at one point. Still I suppose it will pop through eventually.
Not a lot doing down here but thanks for all your news and to Diane for starting us off and the short vid.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Ridiculously hot here today. Yuk! But snow in Chicago. What IS going on?
Have a good Tuesday everyone.
Hello to everyone. I'm glad that EJ has found a companion.
Annette: The last of March, I had a major blizzard with a foot of snow. Then last week, temps warmed up, and I had a series of monster thunderstorms with torrential rain. My little creek turned into a raging river and flooded. I had water gushing through my backyard, and I was under an evacuation order. Luckily, the creek receded and it didn't reach my house. Then temps immediately turned cold again and I've had more snow. I don't know what's going on. LOL!!!
Geez Diane: You don't need that on top of roof problems. How are the repairs going? Global freezing? :-)
