At the moment it is an empty nest.
When I first looked I thought it was a small bird to the right of the nest, but its been static for a while so must be a bit of bark. :-)

Birdies LG DU update.
Morning all.
Thanks Mike for early morning reports.
There was a changeover about half an hour ago, but no fish involved that I could see.

and as often with the beautifullest soundtrack....
2016: first time in history an Osprey nested in the NL. 2018: 2 active nests! 2019 a storm interferes. 2020: a third active nest in a tree!
Seems to be an intruder around, Lassie was clearly upset. Her alert calls brought Laddie to the nest, and then both were watching something above.
After a couple of minutes Lassie left, cam zoomed in on eggs.
Then Laddie settled down to incubate the eggs.
Lassie back, and Laddie leaves.
What is a usual scene at Lowes....peaceful with birdsong and Laddie incubating
Good morning all.
Lassie has just given the eggs a turn and settled back down.
Surely an intruder around. Laddie not very happy.
Laddie takes off.
Hopefully Laddie sees the intruder off quick. I hate when they are disturbed when incubating.
I always think it should be a nice, peaceful time.
All seems well now. Laddie relaxed enough to be mucking about with a stick.
Cam zooms in on eggs.
Laddie settles to incubate.
