At the moment it is an empty nest.
When I first looked I thought it was a small bird to the right of the nest, but its been static for a while so must be a bit of bark. :-)

Laddie just arrived, stayed for five minutes and is off again. He was doing more of this mantling "getting to know you again" kinda thing. I cannot remember him doing that in previous season.

Empty nest at the moment.
The snow's not nearly so bad here as LG but it seems to be raining
Lassie arrived closely followed by Laddie and there was what looked like a successful mating before he flew off
