At the moment it is an empty nest.
When I first looked I thought it was a small bird to the right of the nest, but its been static for a while so must be a bit of bark. :-)

Wow birdsong, beautiful!

Good thing Ospreys do not eat Tawny Owls as a rule!
Kind regards, Ann
I seem to remember that an owl was on the nest at Loch Arkaig in 2017 when there was an untended egg. I can't remember the owls reaction to the osprey egg, anyone with a better memory than me? Ian
Good Morning ALL
Laddie brings in a clump, and Lassie is looking as though to say "Where's the breakfish"
Good morning all.
Laddie arrived for a quickie and left again.
Good morning, all. I hope last night's tawny owl sighting doesn't bode ominously for this nest - LG failed in 1997 due to attacks from them. Gorgeous birds, though.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Just a quick look in. Lassie alone on the nest. Looks quite windy.
Been busy today, but I have been popping in and taking a peek at the nest, and mostly been empty.
Looks like there has been a dusting of snow since I last looked.
Night cam on.
Good Morning Everyone
Lassie just flew in at 05.51 ish
@ 05.52
She then moved to the other side of the nest where she usually sits looking out over the loch.
