Hi folks, It was a windy and damp day yesterday. Lots of vigorous exercising by Middle and Youngest. Thought at one time the middle one would take off, it was certainly doing so across the nest. I think 5 fish in all were delivered by both parents between them. All at rest now. Ahhhhhhhhnight, night, see you all in the morning.

Yes Brenda, I thought it was a beautiful take-off.

OK folks, I've been on the phone for ages to France.....but when there was only one chick on the nest....he was facing into the wind.....but eventually I got a quick sight of his stripes on his tail....his ID, that has been noted...No 3 it was.

Oh I'm like several of you - missed another fledge! And if #3 goes tomorrow I'll certainly miss that as I'm away from 7.30 am tomorrow (dog agility at an agricultural show - no ospreys!) Hope you'll all keep up the posts and pics.
Just logged on again and caught up with the news that the middle one has fledged, thats great. I thought it was close this afternoon when it was practising in the wind. It almost took off then. So pleased even though I missed it. I see Alison recorded the fledging will look at it in a bit.
Does anyone know whether it has returned yet and is probably on the cam post. Two are in the nest at present.
It was 1 and 3 on the nest Lynette, and 1 has just gone. Think I heard a clunk on cam. 2 has not been back yet.
Right, and then someone came back, very gracefully so maybe not 2?
As I posted, the eldest flew off so wer'e left with #3 home alone. No we're not, its just flown back in with a perfect landing. Probably went to look for its sibling.
Eldest and youngest together huddled because the wind seems to have got up again. Hopefully the middle one is on the cam post??????????
Took this one earlier, round about 4.30pm or so and he was so close to going then
Just popped in hoping I would see all three on the nest but only two there. Hope the youngster is OK and not far away an Lynette is does sound very windy. Going to say goodnight now but hopefully we will see all three tomorrow.
