Evening folks,
It was an action packed day yesterday with the eldest enjoying his new found freedom, unwanted visitors and EJ protecting the youngsters. The two left on the nest were practicing their wing flapping, hopefully one will fledge tomorrow if not both. Didn't see a lot of the action but recorded some.
All peaceful at present. Happy viewing to all in the early hours and see you in the morning, night, night.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Thanks. Judging by the submissive pair on the nest, it must be Eldest alias Greedy tucking in. Now I must dash off to kitchen or we won't eat. Bye.
I wish that #2 and #3 and adopt a pincer movement and at least get a share of the fish.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
As always thanks for earlier reports, with a special thanks to Annette for her lonely vigil overnight. I would say it is No 1 with the fish Joan, with the other two just lying down, waiting.
Morning all. (S)he who has possession of the fish is mantling and protecting it from predation! Oh, all now eating fairly peacably under the supervision of Mum. Looks like a similar weather situation to ours in Northern Ireland - dreich!
EJ ARRIVES WITHA FISH
Heard a fuss and came through ... looks like EJ has arrived with a fish too. Taken by another of the young ones!

Adult arrives again (not quite sure who) and there's a fair bit of racket on the nest.

Okay, we have another fish. :-)
I really am lost with the ID this morning. Is that #2 without fish ?
