As CLARACH 2R(13) from the DYFI Osprey Project has settled on the FCS Aberfoyle's main nest for the last week or so, it is probably best that there be a dedicated thread for Aberfoyle.
ABERFOYLE WEBCAM LINK - It operates between the hours of 09.30 am to 5.30 pm.
THE LODGE AT FOREST VISITOR CENTRE - Facebook Page where you will find current information and also historic info on the project.
Some history of Clarach's return to Wales - CLICK ON THE PHOTO TO TAKE YOU TO the excellent blog about her return.
Lets hope Clarach settles here, lays eggs and generally has a successful season.

EDIT: There is a thought on Chat that this is actually the male.... take your pick!
Birdies LG DU update.
Clarach rises and checks her egg
then she takes off
she quickly returns accompanied by her mate
I think he has a small fish piece in his talons. He takes off and Clarach stands by her egg for a minute or so. She then settles down to incubate again
Has Clarach fed since she laid her egg does anyone know.

Thanks KAREN I love the image of Clarach's transformation
I know Patily, it is wonderful. Can't believe how the time has passed so quickly. Seems only yesterday she hatched!
And I had forgotten that she was Glesni's first chick All in all a beautiful saga
