After a routine day punctuated by the odd intruder alert, a day in which she certainly didn't overeat, EJ has had a really good rest for the past couple of hours. Just now her little exercise session even included a short fly-about and some nice feather displays:

10.36 Suddenly EJ starts to call for fish
and with a flurry of small white feathers, she flies off
and she's back soon after, silent now.

Good morning everyone. EJ is still sitting quietly. Maybe that means Odin is out of sight away fishing. Wouldn't that be great if EJ had a huge Sunday lunch?!!
A bit of a preen:
A move around, showing the eggs and that iconic Darvic:
She starts to shout again:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Another sudden burst of fish calling
A change of camera angle:
Good morning to Scylla, CC, Mary, Moffer, Clare, Rusty2, and thank you for the reports, pics and vids.
A different view just now.
I have no sound atm, so missed the fish calling.

Snap, Clare, sorry! Your post wasn't there when I did mine.
No worries, Sheila.
There's quite a lot of shaking in the wind - I wonder how much of it is the camera, and how much the nest? EJ seems comfortable enough in it.
There's no getting away from you lot! lol
Nice new view for a change. EJ is tucked costly into the nest cup.
