Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Well done OG....do I take it that you are pleased??!! LoL
Birdies LG DU update.
Brilliant news, OG!!! Do take it gently, though - I expect all you really want to do is explore the whole house and then crawl into your very own bed ...
Lurker alert! ... I've been reading but not posting lately.
I've just read OG's news and had to post to say that is brilliant news ... I hope the rest of your recuperation goes to plan!
I'm pleased Heather is enjoying her trip to Denmark.
Linda I have been enjoying the photos from your holiday and the raven pics were fantastic.
I have been doing a lot of gardening (my back tells me too much) as it got neglected last year for obvious reasons.
It is sunny today but as usual here near the sea there is a cool breeze.
Hi to everyone else I haven't mentioned.

Wonderful news from our own OG! Brilliant that you're back home after such a long banishment. Hope you'll take it easy for a bit, though.
Djoan - Nice to hear from you. I expect you were keen to get the garden back in order, but hope those aching muscles soon go right.
Glad everyone enjoyed my raven pics: it was certainly a thrill to see them up close, and then to admire their flying skills in the gusty mountain air. I shall have a memory of it for a long time.
Been out with my Friend - it's a beautiful day here so we didn't need coats (hurray!) and enjoyed browsing in John Lewis and even trying on some clothes, but without buying anything. Went for our lunch to a nearby Garden Centre where I had quiche & salad, and Friend had prawn cocktail, both yummy. Talked for ages afterward and came home ready for a mug of tea in the garden.
Thanks all for the welcome. Been enjoying LINDA'S Ravens.
Not allowed to explore the whole house - exercise is limited to "transfers", so mostly only moving between bed, chair & loo! My favourite ambulance team made a good job of getting me up the front doorsteps. Physios are visiting next Tuesday to see how we are doing - maybe OTs too.
J made our lunch today - spag bol; nice that I came home on his non-working day.
OG welcome home and I am amazed you have kept your sanity..
I am pretty sure I wouldn't have coped ...
OG-Welcome home!!! Wonderful news..

Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
