There is a big raindrop on the lens now, got this before it appeared :-)

She looks pretty fed up
"Look at that flooding, they must have had a LOT of rain in Wales."
Mary, I learned yesterday that the site here is on the bend of the river and this area is part of the flood plain which is why we are seeing this level of water which is indeed due to the amount of rain they have had.
Thanks Mike, I remember the river being close to the hide at Glaslyn, I wonder if it has been affected too with flooding, I think the new hide was built up on stilts though so should be alright. Must say it is in a beautiful setting!
Thanks Mike for starting the new thread.
I have a feeling there is going to be a lot going on here this month! Lets hope we see Aran soon.
Mrs G on new nest tucking into a fish which she is hiding from view.
Mrs G? with fish on the new nest. I wonder if this is still the same fish she had earlier reported by Mike?

Yes it is Karen. It is a flounder.
Thanks Mike :-) It must have been some size! Just pleased to see her enjoying it in peace.
Thanks, Mike, for the new thread. Come on, Aran!
Kind regards, Ann
