Hi folks, its been a day of contrasts. Eldest has enjoyed his freedom by flying backwards and forward to the camera post and then landing on the nest. The other two have been doing exercising but as yet have not taken their maiden flights.
Only 2 fish late afternoon and then one very small one in the evening. They are keeping them lean and kean so to speak.
Two are asleep on the nest and the eldest is on the cam post, I think.
Happy viewing, see you in the morning.

#1 won't cower for much. He usually just stands next to EJ when she is alarm calling. He was that attacked EJ over the fish yesterday. I think that is the one Roy and Richard were concerned would not lay quiet for the ringing and may become aggressive and possibly hurt itself .
Now I can go to bed knowing they all had a good feed - Nite all

Good night Barbara Jean. And I must go and get tea in the oven. Over to Day Shift. EJ still alarm calling.
Hi everyone.
Thanks for all the overnight and early morning posts and pics. Great to see EJ and the GEMs enjoying breakfast when I first logged one this morning. All three GEMs relaxing at the moment.

Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Morning all ... thanks to nightshift for reports. Good to read they have all had a good feed from EJ's large fish this morning. All quiet on the nest with the thre GEMs lying sunning themselves .... sleeping off their meal in the sunshine!

Morning All, Thanksfor the overnight/ early morning reports. The blow by blow report of the fish delivery and EJ feeding the chicks was excellent.
All quiet at the moment.
Morning, All. All quiet and friendly on the nest as I come on today.
Many thanks for overnight reports etc.
Woken up from slumbers now, and preening:
Also a bit of wingercise:
Chick 2 is 51 days old today, #1 was 51 when he fledged, so was it a gust of wind that set him off? or will #2 possibly a female, therefore heavier be later than than 51? or if #2 goes today, could that say she is actually a he. Confusing evidence to say the least! So far no more fledging today, when I was watching early on.
