It is with disappointment that I am beginning today's thread with the streaming cam down. I can only hope that it might be different for some of you out there, and that it has something to do with my system. I hope we do not miss Rowan's fledging, which is sure to happen within the next couple weeks. He is close to helicoptering, and that is the next step, not forgetting eating ones own fish! Fabulous captures yesterday --- let's hope it can continue. xx to all

Hi all. Chris here. I've managed to grab 5 minutes (the centre is incredibly busy today!) to give you a brief update. Still just the one fish so far. EJ and Odin are on the camera tree looking very relaxed and there is no sign of food soliciting from anyone. Rowan and Willow have been sitting pretty low in the nest to escape the steady breeze we've had all day. There have been a few bouts of wing flapping and jumping and Rowan even appeared to hover slightly this morning. I will give you an update at the end of the day today and try to keep you informed of events tomorrow. Thanks for all your patience and understanding.

Brilliant Chris, I could hug you. Perhaps I would if I were able to get up to LG this year!
It is good to know the boys are being careful, if you have a breezy wind today. We don't want any premature fledging!

Thanks Chris. It sounded manic when we spoke earlier! Very much appreciated.
Birdies LG DU update.
Thank you Chris
Hi Everyone
I will be going to Loch Garten tomorrow so will do my usual report when I get back, such a shame the camera has gone down, especially at fledging time, but I am sure everything will be done to get it fixed asap.
So until tomorrow Bi for now.

Thanks MARY Have a good day
Hi everyone. Nothing further to report at the end of the day. Still waiting for a fish from Odin who has been gone for most of the afternoon. EJ has spent most of her day back and forth between the nest and the camera tree. We will try to keep you updated throughout the day tomorrow but at the very least, we'll give you a full report at the end of the day. Chris
Thank you MARY! I hoped you might be able to pop in!
And thank you Chris, for another update. The boys will welcome their fish supper this evening!
Thank you Chris. Keep an eye out for our 'roving reporter' tomorrow.
Disappointing to find the camera off today, but thanks a lot for the timely updates from those on the spot!
