GOOD MORNING ALL
Three chicks are loafing around waiting on breakfast probably.
I think the first fledge will come from MB. :-)
Grey skies this morning.

Thanks again MIKE Fantastic videos
Thank you, Mike. As a first-year osprey watcher, I am completely hooked on watching the various stages of their early lives. Your pictures and videos are great!!
Thanks, Mike, for the links and thanks to All for the posts and captures--lovely. Welcome, Pat O, to the Ospreyholics Anonymous Society! Are you anywhere near any Osprey nest? I am in Surrey and will only see them in person in August at Birdfair--can't wait (and hope they have not all migrated by then!).
Kind regards, Ann

Reading elsewhere I think you may be close to Weir Wood. If so you may get lucky later in the year as it is a well known 'stopover' for birds migrating in the Autumn. At that time of the year one will often hang around for a day or two. In the Spring they will call in but the urge to get home usually means their stay is brief, perhaps just for a rest overnight or a fish.
Welcome to the group
Don't think many ospreys nest in Sussex, but they have been spotted over Weir Wood Reservoir, presumably on their way north.
I will do Pat.
Early morning mist but three chicks are standing on the nest rim looking in different directions. There is large headless fish on the nest but no one is the slightest bit bothered.
