Not sure how there life will change as our laws etc will be ours eventually as they were many years ago..
Scaremongering is the last thing we need.
Though it seems other big guys won't to jump ship..interesting reading that is.
Lindy, I am very sorry you are not well. I loved your flower pics. Am missing your chatty cheerfulness, even when 'things' are not going well for you.
In one word - devastated!
In several words - a return to 19th century isolationism - but Britain had an empire to bolster it then!
Certainly thinking of changing my vote if there is another Scottish Independence referendum!
Enjoyed seeing BiL today; he is certainly looking better now his life is less stressful - doing a lot of voluntary work, but less responsibility than looking after his late wife 24/7. Brief thunderstorm this evening - beautiful sky again now.
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!

That certainly means Trump can't be mentioned. Not that that's a bad thing......
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Just saw this on the CBS news website:
After the result was announced, the top question on the EU that was asked on Google in the U.K. was "What does it mean to leave the EU?" the company said on Twitter. The second top question: "What is the EU?"
Thank you all for your good wishes. Came home noon today (Sat) (3 hours ago). New techniques, so different to last time. Surgeon phoned OH after op & said I was perky. I wonder what I said to him (the Doc). Much better over next few days too as they tried a low dose of the dreaded Endone to control pain and I was able to get on with exercises sooner. They were some “down” moments which I knew I had to endure. Now I have my mind focussed on 6 weeks until I can drive, then there are the bus trips next year . . .
.
Annette – I don’t know if it is “shiny” – ‘tis covered with waterproof dressings and an elegant white stocking!
Linda – Oh, poppies . . . and clematis. I wish I had them in my garden.
Lots to read here.
AQ: Wonderful to hear from you and that things are going well. Take care and plan lots of bus trips. You deserve it.
