Yesterday was a thundery day of plenty, after a slow start (leftover whale on nest) and some horrible aggression, Goliath on David. I think Fergus's suggestion is perfect (notwithstanding the pronounced genders) until the official names are decided on.
Having slept thru a lot of it, please see CC's summary (link to follow).
However, I thought that the "mystery bird" could do with demonstrating prominently, as a number of us have missed previous IDs.
Male and female cuckoo - he seems to be modifying his call with "pop-ups", and she is the "bubbler":
Here is the thunder that didn't bring on a storm, thank goodness; then Goliath exercising her maturing voice and then enjoying a couple of poops:
EDIT - And this is the male cuckoo with echo-cackle - is that him or another bird?

Very persistent but I didn't catch sight of it. Lots of lovely snaps to save... later... cos I'm definitely defeated now ;-) SYAL.
thanks for the info LMac. Live in hope but probably not Odin. Unfortunately they did just generalise.

Chicks are in EJ's shade. Very quiet now.
The sun has gone in. EJ grabs fourty winks while waiting for Odin with fish.
The chicks are up
Goliath moving a stick
EJ took a break and came back with a long stick
Sun's back out, still no fish.
Thank you Scylla for starting the day, and CC for y'days resume. I found the vid of #1 bullying #2 very difficult to watch, but am grateful both are being fed so well, and we have seen little fighting between them.
15.50 EJ took flight leaving osplet home alone. #2 osplets watches, #1 snoozes
15.51 EJ returned with a thud, brings a stick in which she faffs around with, waking #1 in the process, who complains
15.55 EJ flies again, and back with another stick for the barricade
15.59 #1 chips away, tries a bit of HW, and has a wing stretch near the edge
Since then the cam has buffered regularly, but there has been no sign of a fish delivery. A lovey sunny day. I see the second egg is still with us.
15.23 #1 squeals
16.27 peaceful scenes
16.30 INTRUDER ALERT. EJ is mantling and calling
It was brief. EJ has stopped calling 16.31, but continues to look around. Osplets remain flat.

The Intruder is back. EJ defends alone. Where is Odin?
Hurry up with a nice juicy fish Odin,
