Peaceful and angelic at midnight:
Heehee, this is a nicer pose but it's not at 00:00:00, unfortunately ;-)
As you can see, yesterday we suffered the sight of #1 being starved to the verge of death (cropped from a CC snap):
IMAGICAT
Torrential monsoon rain and thunder and lighting storm currently sweeping up the valley- likely reached aviemore by now.
I heard a crack of thunder there!
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
EJ still in the sunshine.
Little one got up and wandered a bit, then came back to shelter under EJ, then the big one has got up now. Hope it behaves itself!.
Well I have to go for a while now, will catch up later.
Hi Mary, noc, scylla, MOFFER!, Mike and Lmac! So glad I missed that attack - everyone was very well-behaved yesterday thank goodness.

Hi CC!
EJ moving a big stick
Tiger's Osprey News
EJ just relocated a thick tan stick at 4 o'clock on the nest, but now it looks like it is ready to fall overboard. #1 is inspecting what is under the nest.
Was it Big 1 alarm calling?! What a voice.
She wants to pose like dad does
EJ looked like she was going to poke Largest in the eye with that stick.
Yes, I think #1 is losing her chick-like chucking sound and has a very loud projecting chirp, which she does not hesitate to use!
I heard an Odin alarm chirp in the distance, just once.
