Good morning all. Its been a miserable day at LG with rain most of the time.
EJ keeping her brood warm and dry and at the moment looking towards the camera. Hi EJ.
Hope Odin can bring in the goods tomorrow, he was superb today despite the weather.
Happy watcing.

EJ making sure each chick is being fed.
EJ mantling.
Oooops - intruder alert ... EJ mantling furiously as an intruder tries to land. You can just see the intruder's feet top right in this pic.

EJ was mantling quite furiously but has now returned to feeding her chicks. Brilliant capture Joan.
EDIT. Intruder returned and was chased by EJ again. Could see it fly towards the trees. EJ covering the chicks now.
Intruder tries to land again on the left of the nest. EJ mantling furiously and covering the chicks with her wings. You could see the intruder fly off into the trees ahead.
All quiet on the nest now ... and I really must go out now ... have been on my way since Odin delivered that fish!!! Catch up later.
Missed all the action as I was in the garden cutting the grass. There has also been a feed going on at Manton Bay and the chicks look full there now.
I don't think these three are full Alan and I don't know what happened to the remains of the fish when the intruder arrived. I can't spot any on the nest and it sounds a if EJ is calling for more. The intruder could have been after the fish or EJ is covering it but the chicks did have a feed.
Is anyone else wondering what is going on with EJ's voice? Not as strong as last year and hardly any sound to her really 'I mean business' shriek when an intruder lurks. She didn't make this sound this last intruder visit.
