EJ is having a funny moment. Chicks tucked under her.
Happy watching, back in the morning.

Odin just delivered a "very' fresh fish. Still jumping a round . I saw Odin deliver it.
All are lined up to eat with #2 not hungry and Titch on the end getting more than it's share LOL
Titch seems to be the first one to the table and the last one to leave. If Titch is a female I pity her poor mate. He will be skin and bone from fishing to satisfy her LOL
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
22.41 Fish delivery. Chicks lined up in order. #2 had its head under #3's wing

I'm going to 'put the weights up' on little Titch over a little incident yeaterday which seems to have gone unnoticed by most watchers. I saw it, but didn't have the blog open, so didn't comment at the time. EJ was off the nest briefly, with chicks #1 and#2 sound asleep, side by side. Titch was facing them, and woke up when Mum left. She moved forward, gave a sound peck to each of her siblings, then got her head down quick, pretending to be asleep! Of course, each of the siblings thought the other had pecked them for no reason, so it was on, over the top of the 'innocent' Titch! LOL!

I noticed that hazelwoods, and #2 didn't get anything to eat.
There is a portion of fish left for later.
What a stunning performance from Odin today. It's been a dreadfully rainy day and he still managed to deliver, at least, six fish.

I missed that too Jan. When Titch is as large as the other two I won't be surprised to see it challenge the others for nest dominance . That is one feisty and clever little bird . It is a survivor !!
Sandy, I agree whole heartedly with you. There are three very healthy looking chicks there to prove it.
Good morning. EJ taking a well-earned nap.

Thanks Wattle15. Things are a bit dodgy here with a terrible internet connection, so at least I know that's the only thing that's wrong with my computer.Six fish on a day with rotten weather like LG's had. What can I say? Super Odin, born with a cape! :-), and wings, and the ability to migrate thousands of miles for both breeding and overwintering purposes, and phenominal fish hunting skills, and... okay okay I've said enough.
Paul.
