EJ is having a funny moment. Chicks tucked under her.
Happy watching, back in the morning.

Like DjoanS, I had just come online, in time to see the fish delivery. Good to see there have been so many fish today, in more difficult conditions.
EJ tried to brood the chicks again as soon as possible, probably to try and keep them and the nest cup dry, but has had great difficulty in getting them underneath her.
After the last feed, they are settled, and I think, dreaming - what of - fish, keep hearing little chirps and chunnerings. EJ has her head down, is she chunnering to them I wonder. Such a lovely scene despite the damp conditions.
Wonderful, wonderful Odin who is not letting the wet weather stop him from providing for EJ and his chicks. So pleased they had a feed not long ago and it might have stopped raining at long last as I can't hear anything. Seems to have stopped at LOtL as well where Lady has also been the unbrella for today. I just looked at EJ and it looked as though she was dozing off, but no head again and can see a bit more of the chicks so perhaps it has stopped raining.
Margobird
Her head is drooping, probably trying not to go to sleep...
EDIT: Note - there is lots of leftover fish, on the left hand side of the nest.
Aww Bless. She is looking so fed-up.
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
Awww Bless. She is looking so fed-up.
There is a problem with the site, Sandy - your comment is being posted even though it may not look like it, and you have to go back to 'Forum' and then back to the thread to find it again.
Sandy the weather is awful I thought it was going to stop raining but it didn't and I feel so sorry for her. She must be soaked but good Mum that she is, keeping those precious chicks dry. Odin has been a hero as well can't have been easy for him to fish and at least there is some fish left for another meal. Think the last feeding time was curtailed because the rain was coming down again.
Feeding time.
