Hi everyone.
EJ has just fed the chicks again and is now settling them down for the night.
What a day it has been, high drama this afternoon with the intruder about, but Odin and EJ defended superbly.
Chicks have been well fed despite the windy conditions for fishing. I think there was a total of 5 fish? Perhaps someone can correct that if I'm wrong.

I'm in heap too! That was amazing, wonderful, just wonderful.
Chick #2 & Titch are so full they are in a heap.
#1 is still eating along with EJ. There is plenty for EJ to have large feed
Now #1 doesn't want more food, but is "carefully watching" how EJ tears the fish :)
EJ left some of the fish for later and has settled down on the chicks

Suddenly Odin turned up, I'm sure he has been watching. He looked at EJ as if to get the OK, then took off with what was left of the fish - quite a bit, as its so large..
Now that is sharing Odin just returned and took the left over fish away for himself after taking a quick bite.

Great to see there has been a fish delivery ... big one by the sound of it ... just caught the last few mouthfuls being given out! Ohhhh ... Odin just flew in to take the rest of the fish away ... but EJ was lying on it and he had to drag it out from under her :-)) She didn't seem to object though.

Good afternoon DjoanS it was a huge fish so I don't think EJ minded Odin having some of it as well. 3 little chicks so full they can hardly move and EJ managing to get a good feed as well. Wonderful to watch I will be walking round with a bi smile on my face after watching that.

It appears Odin sit in the tree far in the distace at about 12 O'clock.
He must be able to see when EJ has finished eating
That is amazing eye sight from that distance
EJ was fine with him taking the fish. He may bring back what he doesn't eat

YES
I beleive so ALICAT but it was an ablsolute monster so they have all been well fed with enough for EJ and Odin too.
