Well it is still raining and poor EJ after almost a midnight feast for her and the chicks it started again.
Do hope today proves to be better than yesterday although listening to the rain you do wonder.
Good morning to all you who watch from overseas and keep us informed whilst we are in our beds.
Goodnight from me and goodnight from EJ.

Hi.
Thanks for getting us started on another day at Loch Garten, Lynette.
EJ is doing a wonderful job of keeping the chicks warm and dry.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
The good news - webcam is so clear at night. The bad news - very loud plink-plonking noises of rain.
Just had a quite look on the Met Office site for the weather at LG. Things don't look too bright over the next few days. I really hope the forecast is wrong though.
can't get the webcam, 3.38am
It's going to be frustrating if the computer has to "update" every night...:(
Webcam's went down for me. :-( It is frustrating but hopefully the new system gets its updates over and done with soon.
Hey guys, just through with dinner, etc. So cam is down again? I read about "updating" - was there some mention that the new computer has to update or am I adding two and two and getting five?
Looks like a fish delivery and feeding time on the stills camera

Reading between the lines, it seemed the replacement computer was recycled or reconditioned - it may be updating stuff that its present use doesn't even need. Or possibly it has a task scheduler which could have been disabled. I think they did the job too hurriedly in order to satisfy our demands.
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Oh that's so good to see DJoan and it's a supera pic - one for my folder, thank you
