Thought I'd start a separate thread for the posting of news, updates, pictures etc. from the nest at the Loch of the Lowes. Now that the first chick has hatched at Loch Garten the Daily Update page is going to get too unwieldy if it is used for news from LotL as well as LG, and the "News From Other Nests" is getting pretty full as well.
Laird comes in with a live small fish and is feeding the chicks.

Laird is on the nest and is feeding the chicks. He has detected something is wrong with Lady and has come to the rescue. Good ol Laird.

I've been trying not to look but just had a peek ... great to see him feeding the chicks ... something good at least

He is still feeding them.
Must go and get lunch, catch up later.
DjoanS so pleased you braved a look and he is still feeding them. Lady raised her head briefly to have a look.
Lynette it makes things look a bit more hopeful for the chicks.
Margobird
Thats great news Lynette, what a brill dad he is. Instinct must have taken over. Missed him feeding the chicks but so glad he did.
The Laird (7y) is doing sterling job feeding the chicks, just wish he had tempted Lady with a morsel..
BTW is there no quick way of getting to the last page in here without trolling through all the previous pages??

Thanks for that Tiger, often wondered if there was an easier way to get to the last page, much appreciated.
