HAPPY NEW WEEK!
Last week's Chat thread is here.
Sorry folks, no cheery picture this week. Busy this evening with all sorts of minor crises. LOL
Everyone have a wonderful week!!!
Just seen that it is your Anniversary - Best Wishes from me too to you both and hope you have managed a lovely day perhaps with a meal out.
Its been cloudy all day down here and feeling a little chillier.
Limpy - love the pics of the baby ducklings.
Watched a little of the Invictus games and it is so inspiring of Prince Harry to encourage all - they have all done well and he hopes it will spread across the world so that more nations may take part.

Definite sounds coming from the nest
Just been looking at the Glaslyn page, realised we are staying not too far away so may get a chance to visit the site. Do hope so. See you all in a weeks time. No tablet or otherwise going with me.
Good Morning. It looks as if there is a bobble head on the LG nest! Very hard to see, though :-/
Lynette - Thought you weren't going to Wales until next month....... have a nice week, anyway.
Have a great holiday, Lynette!
Lindy: I thought of Bonnie when I read this story. :-)))
LYNETTE - surprised you are already away with OH's ear being infected - hope you can look after it okay - and have a good holiday. You don't get near the nest at Glaslyn, but probably worth a visit - if only for the little trains passing by!
First chick to EJ (Loch Garten) overnight, and then Manton Bay this morning (which may be her second egg).
Garden weather again - and a free day for it!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
LOL Diane! What a lovely story. It would be the same for Bonnie, as she so loves to play with other dogs. She loves going to sis-in-laws because she often has another dog to stay, so they can run around and wear each other out.
This morning, my OH took Bonnie for a long walk and she ran about in some of the muddy parts of the fields, so when they returned I could hear them as he gave her a wash with a bucket of warm water. I went to draw the curtains etc. in the rest of the house, and suddenly heard Bonnie loose - I must not have shut the dog gate properly, in the hall. She ran straight up the stairs, all wet, and flung herself on our bed. Then she came down again and ran into the living room and ran around on the sofa - pale yellow, recently washed cushions on there........ We caught her, eventually.
I'm just off out, food shopping... Just to confirm there is indeed a chick on the LG nest, and it can be seen in some of the video captures on the D.Update thread.
Morning all: Quick look in as must check all the irrigation thingies this morning, then memorial service this p.m. for someone I met just a few times but was friend of friends and very nice lady who was involved in same volunteer gigs as we were. Went to whales for impromptu shift yesterday - calf count is up 266 this year so far vs. 249 last year and still another week-10 days to go.
Limpy: Sweet pix. I could pop one of those cuties in my pocket!
Lynette: Have a good time away.
Diane: Love the story about Riley.
Lindybird: I think I'll restrict my admiration of Bonnie et al to videos.
May Gray here again...
