A new month and lots to look forward to as we eagerly await these precious eggs which Maya and Blue 33(11) have devotedly protected, hatch!
For anyone new and just starting to watch the Rutland Manton Bay Webcam, here is a brief summary of the 2016 season so far:
The resident female, Maya returned 21 March. Her mate Blue 33(11) returned 27 March. Maya has laid three eggs, #1 on 4 April, #2 on 7 April and #3 on 10 April. Maya and 33(11) are currently sharing incubating duties and we should see a hatch around the second week in May.
Happy viewing
Maya preening and watching three heads trying to control all their wobbling.

Morning Scylla, Mike, Kate, Patily & ALL
I'm surprised the site is still up! Thanks for all the earlier updates.
Maya up having a preen, the chicks up too as they wait on dad bringing in breakfast.
After a few minutes, Maya settles down on the chicks again.
Hi all. Beautiful sunny morning.
Tiger's Osprey News
Hi Karen. I think the site is still up because the attack in centred on a particular section. The site will only ,presumably, go down when the Tech people arrive and have to shut it down totally to clean up the mess. That was the experience last time but it was caught much sooner and that still took 8 days!. Tiger may have more info later either on here or the new Facebook link.
Good Morning KAREN and NOC
Hi Noc
And thanks Mike. I remember the last time - I am just surprised no-one yet has pulled the plug!
