A new month and lots to look forward to as we eagerly await these precious eggs which Maya and Blue 33(11) have devotedly protected, hatch!
For anyone new and just starting to watch the Rutland Manton Bay Webcam, here is a brief summary of the 2016 season so far:
The resident female, Maya returned 21 March. Her mate Blue 33(11) returned 27 March. Maya has laid three eggs, #1 on 4 April, #2 on 7 April and #3 on 10 April. Maya and 33(11) are currently sharing incubating duties and we should see a hatch around the second week in May.
Happy viewing
Thanks Wendy :-)
Here is the (c) I use - you and anyone is welcome to it. Also links to the webcam

33 has arrived and fiddling with sticks. And he has given Maya a push. She is not for getting up .. how infuriating 33 can be at times LOL
33 has flown .. hopefully for a fish
Thanks Kate & Karen, put something in now & will correct later!

You're spoiling us Wendy ... big thanks :-)
A few shuffles and wiggles going on from Maya. Can't see anything as she has her back to us and obstructing the view.
Noon - first glimpse
Not much to see! Hopefully soon we will see its little head up.
Maya continues to shuffle, cradle and rock.
I am wondering if there is a second hatching ...
Can see the little bobblehead moving now, at the font
