A new month and lots to look forward to as we eagerly await these precious eggs which Maya and Blue 33(11) have devotedly protected, hatch!
For anyone new and just starting to watch the Rutland Manton Bay Webcam, here is a brief summary of the 2016 season so far:
The resident female, Maya returned 21 March. Her mate Blue 33(11) returned 27 March. Maya has laid three eggs, #1 on 4 April, #2 on 7 April and #3 on 10 April. Maya and 33(11) are currently sharing incubating duties and we should see a hatch around the second week in May.
Happy viewing

LOL Noc - the Manton Bay Moonie ROTFL
I suppose the fact that 33 is sitting tells us nothing is going on as I wouldn't think Maya will leave during a hatch?
Off again - I am getting very little done here :-D SYL
Something is flying over
He is too funny to watch
Maya is back
She moved some sticks around. 33 didn't move. Maya has left and 33 is still incubating.
33 got up and looked at the eggs. I couldn't see anything.
Again, 33 checked the eggs, I didn't see anything.
Again, 33 has just checked the eggs. I saw them, but nothing to report.
