I see I just missed LINDA. Wishing her & family a safe trip and a grand time.
Just popped in, see there are already 9 pages so a lot to look back at so will leave it. Do hope that you are all keeping well and that Margo is feeling a little better, thoughts with you Margo.
Didn't bother with the gym this week as it was the last cricket match of the season so gave OH the choice of going and doing his commentating. Only managed today and a little of Tuesday before the rain came along - somewhat mixed weather all week. Got to keep him sweet as he will be taking and fetching me from our Womens' meeting every other week as dau has now started her new job in a school setting which is what she really wanted to do. She is settling in as a Early Years Practitioner in the Reception classes and is enjoying it apart from early morning rise to get to work before rush hour build up.
Take care all and will drop in again very soon.

Of course, AQ, you've reminded me that it is the wedding this weekend for Lindy and OH - hope they all have a fab time.
Yawn. Will have to catch up tomorrow.
ANNETTE - a lot of driving for you at the moment. Take care of yourself x
LYNETTE - It was so good to read about your daughter's new job. I wonder if it is similar to what OG's son is doing? On reflection, think that he may be a support worker, attached to specific child/children?
EVERYONE - a belated good morning!
A beautiful day here but the conservatory windows were misted over when I got up. Must have been cold last night. OH is out at the bank. Goodness knows what he is doing but I noticed his document case on the hall chair this morning... usually a sign of Serious Business. He probably told me yesterday. Things like that go in one ear and out of the other, usually. Very boring but essential stuff, I expect.
I'm putting off the dreaded housework, better go.
Good morning all and once again apologies for an even longer disappearance from this forum. I am so grateful for your continued support and support which I will need even more now.
Continuous chemo now making it harder to get over it. Sadly I also think that there is a definite decline in my health which is what the consultant did talk about on my last visit. I think I have mentioned our very long drive up to the bungalow. I was able to walk down and back without feeling breathless but have noticed in the last couple of weeks that I am feeling out of breath. I am also sleeping a lot and these are both signs of a gradual relapse. As I said there other treatment options available but will be harder to cope with and mean a stay in hospital. Now trying to arrange things like trips and meals out while I can. OH is taking some holiday next week and of course Bryan Ferry concert is on 3 October and I should be able to cope with that. We have also booked a meal for all the family next Thursday. We have more shows booked but will take each day as it comes In the hope we can go to other shows we have booked. Just hoping now to be OK for OH's birthday in November and of course Christmas. Will need to start planning things earlier this year. Trying to be positive but it does however get more difficult as I just do not know how things will go. As ever don't know what i would without OH and of course dear Billie. Both are such a comfort to me and now the weather is changing Billie spends a lot time cuddled up to me on our settee lol. Accidentally trod on her tail a this morning. Poor little girl actually screamed, ran off and went under the bed. Has obviously forgiven me as she is now sitting beside me. Her tail is very long and fluffy and constantly on the move and as I stepped over it came into contact with my feet. So sorry I am not being very upbeat but the thought of the future scares me somewhat.
just a few mentions, sorry not to make individual replies but I know you all understand.
Lindy know you are your way now but your poem was just so heartfelt. Have a wonderful time and look forward to hearing all about the wedding. Looks as though weather is going to be kind for the big day.

Good to hear from Annette and Diane and comforting to know you are both safe from fire and earthquakes.
AQ enjoying your posts about last trip. Hope nanny duty is not too tiring.
Brenda although Tottenham won OH still not too impressed with the way they playing, what does your OH think.
Finally, Heather just love your sense of humour which shines through event hen things are not going to plan. Often sit here having a giggle which is what I need at the moment.
Have a good weekend all and take care and once again thanks for your continued support.
Margo xx
Lynette so pleased your daughter is now settled in a job she enjoys.
Hi MARGO, you will enjoy the Bryan Ferry concert. Saw him in Edinburgh earlier this year and it was fantastic. Thinking of you. tBoL xx
