As usual, Monty is still with us into September (although his family all seem to have gone) - and there's always Blue 24....

Thank you Scylla and Limpy so pleased you were able to post the video.
We have been truly spoilt by Ems, Janine and the rest of the team. Really appreciate all their info and Camera work.
So a BIG Thanks to everyone here and at Dyfi
Many thanks to Everyone for the posts and pics! And thanks to Scylla for the Buzzard video and stills! I could not clearly see what prey the Buzzard caught when I watched the webcam but your video shows it--thanks! As for spotting the Buzzard, I do not have particularly good eyesight, but am just used to staring at the tops of branches and possible perches for upright figures which might be birds of prey!
Question for Anyone: Has Blue 24 definitely migrated? If so, when? If she has left, I missed it!
Kind regards, Ann
B24 hasn't been seen since Wednesday, GB. I guess it was when we saw her leave the marsh perch. There was a very high tide.
Thanks, Brenda. I will have to go back to Wednesday's thread.
Oh dear, I am away at present and cannot follow. So dear Monty has decided it is time to leave. I wish him, and the family, a safe migration, and look forward to both he and Glesni arriving again next year. What a wonderful breeding season it has been. With Dai Dot safely settled with mate for a second year, let us hope that Blue 24 find her beau next year.
So all the focus now lies with the Glaslyn family, which I had the privilege of meeting yesterday.

I have been re-reading Emyr's Blog on the 29. 8. 2012. It is just about B24. If you haven't read it, do spare the time to do so.
