As usual, Monty is still with us into September (although his family all seem to have gone) - and there's always Blue 24....

I was too slow to catch Buzzard with vole(?).
I thought my snap of Monty eating his tea on Thursday evening (3rd) might prove to be my last this season. I'm not often awake for early morning captures so many thanks to SCYLLA for capturing Monty flying off early yesterday morning (Friday) as it has proved to be our last sighting of him before his journey south.
Really feels that summer is over now Monty has gone - hoping he has good luck and keeps safe to return to us next Spring.
Happiness is not a hamlet' but seeing things like this.
