I just put a dot and rush off to do the posh link - but I have been caught out once ;-) I was unwell for a minute or two and Heron came along before I'd edited the OP.
I think it's Odin nestorising, moving sticks.
It's taken me so long to post this again... :-/
IMAGICAT
Ooh, caught Odin in stick moving activity (just couldn't resist a last look!)

Yes, Scylla - if the 'system' (RSPB website, broadband, own computer set up etc etc) is slow, then you can still get caught out! Good night.
Goodnight BIRDSONG, sweet dreams!
Here's a video of Odin's nestorising visit. The cam is quite stuttery with some buffering.
Nice clear pic:
Bit off more than he bargained for ;-)

Hazel b said:some sort of timetable as to who is on "starting duty"
I would not be able to sign up to a timetable, TIGER, due to irregular personal timetable :-(
I cannot see a problem in continuing has we have been - whoever is free and wishes to or feels obliged to (doesn't matter which) start the new DU should do it, some time after midnight and hopefully before there is activity on the nest. There will be no confusion if we remember to post on the end of the previous DU first.
All quiet at LG - because I've got my speaker muted >:(
The chaffinch is singing but not as nearby as usual.
Lovely nest:
No birdsong now.
A coal tit was on the nest but I can't get even a half-decent snap of it, it alternated between blurs and disappearances. Very glitchy stream today.
Good morning all. Thank you Limpy for starting the day :) Thank you Scylla and Birdsong for the lovely pics and vid. It really was an awkward stick. Great to see them both early today.
I saw the Great Tit zoom across the nest. First bird of the day for me.
