Hallo all! Thanks for cute photos of various critters. Lots of work in the garden on this side of the pond; don't understand how a simple job can turn into a three-hour pain in the derriere! :-)
Lindybird: Will be interesting to see how things develop following the UK election. Is that Bonnie's "official" old shoe? :-) Good idea to stash her toys in it.
Margo: Not happy to read that you've had a rough time with one more dose to go. Grrrr. Wish I could wish it away!
LizLFW: Not happy news from LG; what a development. Makes me somewhat relieved that I haven't been watching the nest as closely as in the past. :-(
Brenda: How are those next-door plans evolving? Re the osprey, that's the first time I've seen one at that location- a real thrill. Re the brainless thugs; makes me wonder what it would take to make them appreciate the sacrifices made on their (ungrateful) behalfs (behalves??)
dibnlib: I've been missing the gym again, what with dogs to walk, etc., etc., My whole fitness schedule seems to have gone out the window..... :-((
Diane: So glad you're busy with freelance project.
AQ: Have you done the laundry yet? How was the trip?
Have a good Sunday everyone.
I just wrote half a page about my day, and its all disappeared.. . . ..urgh.
I hope you had a good day:-))))
Sorry, Linda. I know how you feel.
I must add that we are ploughing on, we still love her dearly. I'm glad we are not any older!!
Quick Linda, go to bed while she is quiet. Then pack your bags and go to Wales, where she can run free on the shore and hopefully get tired, as long as she doesn't find too many dead crabs or birds.
Just looked in, and thought you were going to say "pack your bags & leave her behind", LOL!! Pictures tomorrow of what she found on the beach last time we were there...... 'Night, All. Sweet Osprey dreams!
Evening all: House clean; me too. Ready for friend to arrive tomorrow around lunchtime. She's easygoing; we're planning to go look for whales; she's redoing her garden so that'll keep us busy nattering.
Margo: Hope you'll soon be over the effects of the latest treatment.
OG: Where are you guys off to next week?
Brenda: Enjoy all that speed.
Wendyb: Sounds like you still have wind-up connections. :-)
Rita: Lovely garden; very springlike. Interesting that your "Christmas" cactus is blooming in Spring? What is that last plant?
dibnlib: Don't get me started on clothing sizes. I'm like Lindybird, three different sizes depending mostly on the label - but not always.
Lindybird: A teenage puppy? Um, no thanks. :-)
Tina: That is SO sad about the grandsons. What can she be thinking! Do they have any grandparents' rights laws over there, though if they were partners rather than spouses I'm not sure how they'd apply... :-(( Gosh, if you watch the news, you'll be baking 24/7!
Heather: Same old air here and I'm typically in bed by 10. It is odd to see buildings emerge from dry lake beds - poignant is a good word.
OK, well I think I'm caught up. Have a good Wednesday everyone.
Just missed you Annette. Good evening, if you are still around.
