Very nice capture KAREN
That's a stunning capture, Karen!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Karen beautiful photo against the reservoir! Got to love Blue 33 for his enthusiasm! I long to see chicks again at this nest:)
Fish at 08:34 from Blue 33.

Maya not around and I think Blue 33 took off with it himself as Maya is now on the nest and no fish ??
Problem with capturing, sometimes miss the following action :-(
Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for accommodation close to Rutland Water towards end August?
Is that for Bird Fair Cirrus. If it is last year we had to stay about 20 miles out.

Try this site. But if it is for Bird Fair you may well have to stay way out. A lot of the accommodation is booked by exhibitors year on year.
Birdies LG DU update.

Thanks Karen for the lovely pic 33 with his fish! Plenty of sticks lying around! I remember a video of him tripping over his own furniture!
Great capture indeed :-) (anyone counting sticks ;-P )
