Morning all
This will probably be our last Monthly New Thread, was hoping to have a Pic on the Nest , instead I will post an early Season capture.

There is another little bit of mystery attached to this.
Red 4C's sibling was Red 4B and has reported as been seen at Caerlaverock in 2010.
This means that the 2001 nest had at least a 66.66% return rate.
Now for some reason Caerlaverock reported that sighting as Black 4B
Not sure what is behind that confusion.

Tiger, please please keep up the good work of providing good news. Where are the records kept of who was ringed who and when. Can we therefore find out you Green 8 was as I have had no luck thus far.
On the nest a few mins ago.

Thanks for that Scylla.
I have given up on Firefox so many blockages and time wasting...
Here is the Blog link which has the You Tube link ,re The Heron ,that Starling kindly spotted and was going to post the You Tube link, but we were not sure of the rules re posting it on this group, when it is made and posted up by the Lady of the Loch group.
I understood it was a courtesy thing, but then I am usually wrong Doh!!!
The latest that Lady has been around in recent years is 7 August. See Lady's Profile

I tried to cover the nest overnight thru dawn, but the cam was buffering a lot, and completely down almost all the time between 0430hr and 0530hr:
Cam has been more down than up for me, with lots of buffering when it's up.
Let's hope that 444ACE444 and Wildlife Village will be on the ball for any notable appearances :-) And may KATE be lucky again :-*
The cam is still out.
