I have just had a look at Sanibel cam and I see an Osprey has arrived. No idea who it is - is it Ripply from last year or a new bird. I remember last year finding a facebook/blog page about this nest but for the life of me can't remember what it was so can't compare images from last season, so if anyone else can remember......
Thanks Karen, I saw him too, No idea what is going on as they have not blogged for 6 months.
I think it is Tony Lightley - met him at the Bird Fair, a very nice man he is too.
Maybe they are trying to fix the mike or something, as it is very noisy.

Shame they haven't blogged for so long but hopefully we'll get some news soon.
It is a very good view of the nest though. I have asked them about uploading photos from the webcam and they advised we can do so freely - no restrictions whatsoever which is great. They did add however any link back to their website would be appreciated.
The chicks are getting fed right now at Pink Shell Beach, Fort Myers - they have grown so much since I last saw them.

Thanks Karen - I was watching this nest a couple of days ago, and thought it was a great view of the nest. Look forward to watching this one if time allows.
Edit - Cam not working for me today.

I think the TV Cam went down Starling after they were doing all that work on it earlier on.
Thanks Mary - Hope it's back soon.
Still down this morning Starling but I cannot remember what times they have the camera streaming, don't think they have it on 24 hours, so may be too early for it to be on yet.
Tweet from Aberfoyle ospreys:
"He's back! An unringed male has returned to the main nest. Could it be Drunkie?"
