Good morning, all, and welcome to the new month's thread. I imagine we'll have to wait and see whether Glesni has actually gone - if she has, she can look back on a season where she has every right to feel very proud of herself!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

Lovely capture MIKE - good to see the sisters are still with us. God speed Glesni lass ..... I think you chose a good time to go - fair winds and some sun

No sign of Glesni today, it seems increasingly likely that she has headed south. Fly safe and strong beautiful girl. See you in the Spring
Cerist alone on the nest and tucking heartily into the fish
Thanks Alan. Just checked in to the cam, which is now black, to see someone flying off with a fish in talon while the girls are on the nest calling. 1R (Cerist?) has a fish, and Clarach is having a hissy fit. Did Monty take a fish away, and she missed out?
Hmm, picture there one minute and gone the next, so putting two in now:

Monty (?) on T perch eating
I'm so sad that Glesni has gone, I hope she stays safe and returns next year!
Oh dear that's making me a bit teary :(

Starling I feel the same, she truly is a beautiful girl.
Lovely evening view of Monty on ash tree perch eating a large fish - I was too slow to get a capture as it went to black and white and then Ems zoomed out.
