Thanks yet again, Alan, for passing on the good news about Breagha!
Kind regards, Ann
Thanks Alan and I agree long it may continue
Breagha updated to 8th July, very settled:
Thanks ALAN he is certainly doing so well It will be so exciting if he continues to do so All the best Breagha
We have had no news of Breagha for weeks now I hope all is well
patily
LG do have recent data for Breagha - this is what they said in the penultimate blog, posted on the 22nd July:
"Meanwhile Breagha has continued his travels around his ‘home’ area in Senegal. The biggest trip was of at least 5 km NW of his normal range on 10 July and was still travelling N at 14.00 GMT. He has changed his recent pattern of a favoured overnight roost and in the last week has used several different roost sites. The next download of his data will be on 24 July but unless there is a significant change reporting will be held over until 26 July."....that is, later today.
Oh Thanks so much SUE
Patily, Like you, I was concerned we had not heard about Breagha for some time, but I also read the recent LG Blog which Sue mentions (and breathed a sigh of relief!) The news of Breagha was at the end of the Blog, the main topic of which was current LG news. In future I will be keeping an eye on the Loch Garten Blog as well as this thread and the 'Summary of satellite tracked Ospreys' thread in search of news of Breagha.
Breagha updated on GE to 22nd July,no change:
Thanks ALAN He certainly looks active
