Happy New Week! Last week's Weekly Chat thread is HERE.
The code for this week's Weekly Chat thread is WC110813 (in case you ever need to find it using the search box).
(WC stands for Weekly Chat. 11 is the day, 08 is the month, and 13 is the year. I will always follow this format.)
Don't forget to watch for the Perseid Meteor Shower tonight and tomorrow night. If you have cloudy skies, you can watch the online webcasts. See my post at the end of last week's chat thread.
Sending good energy to Margo, Patricia, NiteOwl, Buzz, and anyone else who is dealing with adversity.
I haven't seen Lynette posting for a while. Lynette, I hope you have recovered well from your operation!!!
Also, sending a shout out to Auntie in Finland, who's probably working very hard at her career, and to DJoanS -- also to Caerann in Chicago (I thought of her this week).
May I walk you home, dearest?

Annette - I was testing my battery. Just see how many pics it would take. Hah! I took 149 pics of ducks & few other birds. Yes, well, that's nearly 400 pics on one battery charge. I should be safe for next excursion LOLOL

Lindybird - that's a lovely card to Margo - do hope she is soon feeling a little better although recovery will be a long one I presume.
Looks like there isn't a lot of activity on the nest at present and that soon the season will be over. See according to Scylla that LG tweeted that EJ is still around.

HeatherB - Wonder what's French for Cock-a-Doodle-Doo!
Lovely ducks, AQ - glad the camera is working OK for you.
I've been out for the day which I will describe later. Buzz is now recovering well, thanks to all those who sent good wishes for him.
Also, I'll be back tomorrow and will attempt to repost the photos I tried to put on the other day <SIGH>
Good time.
Back home.
More utilities problems!
Will take time to get stuff sorted.
There will be photos - eventually!
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
Some more duck pics - these are Pacific black ducks
OG: Welcome back! Hope the utilities get sorted.
AQ: Only 149 duck pix? 400 pix on one battery charge, eh - are there that many churches in the area?
Heather: Your location sounds very restful; early morning wake up calls and all!
Have a good Saturday all.
