Virtual Tour of the Loch Garten Visitor Centre and the surrounding area - taken June 4th, 2013

It's also good to see "our" big screen in action.

So that's where the big screen is Black Jag.  I wondered - it looks good in this position.  Last time I was there was in 2011 and hope to squeeze in a visit this year if I can manage. Great to "see" the fruits of your wonderful efforts.

Jag - When you see the big screen like this, must make all that hard pedalling so worth while.

Patily - I remember you saying that it would never be possible for you to visit in person, so as you say now when people talk about going to the Visitor Centre, you can imagine the place.

MaryGK, I was just alerted to your video from the Daily Update. Being from across the Pond, I am unsure I will ever see it in person. But seeing your moving virtual tour has just immeasurably enhanced my daily watching of EJ, Odin and their brood. A very well-done, nicely edited visit. THANK YOU.

Limpy mentioned this to me on the DU - what a wonderful idea.  All these years I've watched the feeder cam and now I know what I'm looking at - always wondered where the rope went (I assume it's there to give the red squirrels easy access?).

My friends have a cottage booked in Inverness (for the Scottish 6 Days orienteering event in Moray) - he is running but I'm hoping I'll get taken (left!) at LG for a few hours.  Fingers crossed the osplets will be fledging at the end of July.
