Osprey Sightings 2010

This is the new thread for posting reports of osprey sightings, whether on the internet, in the press or in real life.

For the benefit of any new or less frequent viewers, it might be helpful if the first person to refer to a regular online source of information, for example Faune-Aquitaine, provided a link and a brief explanation of what the site is about.

    Alan ospreys, ospreys and more ospreys.  It is all happening at once afther long wait over the winter months.

    Margobird: It sure is happening over the last couple of days. Perhaps they are trying to get here before next weeks bad weather.

    Ospreys galore Alan hope Odin is not caught up in the sand storms that I have seen mentioned.

    Hi Alan: Did a double take at the Watermead one as I was there at 11.30 this morning, couldn't beleive that I'd missed it. Then noticed the date and realised that one was from yesterday.

    Sandy: That one came through last night but I did not pick it up until this morning. Its been a very quiet day today with only one sighting. Probably due to the weather.
